The Introduction should provide a concise overview of the subject area and the rationale behind the study.
The Materials and Methods section must detail all methods used in the study sufficiently for replication by other researchers. Established methods can be referenced from previously published reports, but any modified methods should be briefly described. Limitations of the experimental methods should be acknowledged, along with implications for future research. New hypotheses and clinical recommendations should be clearly articulated. Tables and figures, along with their legends, should be cited appropriately in the text and submitted as separate Word files.
Acknowledgements can include recognition of contributions to the work, and any funding sources should be clearly stated in this section.
Conflicts of Interest must be explicitly declared.
